I mainly use Lowes & Home Depot as well, but if I see deals at others places, I'm not afraid to save some money.  

Love it mainly because they have an amazing app for tenants (which actually seems a bit more complete than the landlord app so far) that even has features for tenants to use with roommates.

Main focus at this point is to soak in as much as I can on the topic of RE investing, specifically multi family while at the same time connecting with as many investors as possible. 

After working the main job and doing a lot of side hustling, I realized that while I am working and making money my life is passing by.

The main reason we will be looking to refinance is to utilize an FHA loan again on our next property, and I know you can't have more than one FHA loan at a time.

To clarify, Going forward, the HELCO interest is NOT deductible after 2018 unless you use the fund to substantially improve your main or second principle home.

Right now my main priority is learning how to analyze a good deal, I’ve spent the last two years watching multi unit apartment buildings come and go on Zillow (in the areas I’m interested in).

You might print the Web page to a PDF, and either keep those PDFs in folders on your computer/phone for each property, with folders named like "101 S Main Long Beach", or "1217 W Oak Huntington" or similar, OR name the PDFs like "101-s-main-county-taxes.pdf", "1217-w-oak-old-mortgages.pdf", so you can find them again later.I hope this helps!
