Am I wrong in my logic?

Being new to the biz and talking to other newbies, we seem to have different opinions on this and I thought this would be the most logical place for me to get my info from some of you real estate pro's.

Banks don't really use logic like we do - so trying to explain that to them won't do a whole lot of good.

Now that might be logical if you’re buying 2015 construction but not so much if it was built in the 1960s.  

@Chris Sellers thanks for that tip, that's actually pretty logical but I just jumped up and went for it that day lol.

I will say though you have reasoned it out and are approaching it logically not emotionally which is huge.

Any new business or serious skill you learn should be move forward with based on logic, and not emotion.

When it hits me I just try to think logically about what I'm faced with.

Let me see if I understand the logic here.

This is an excellent beginner's course because it goes through the business in a logical order and covers all the basics of the business, whether that's flipping or rentals.
