@James Wise NO kidding last thing you want to do is train your competition.unless the market has literally 1000s of vacant homes.. there is uber competition for great deals.to do this on the hopes of a deal or two..

anyways im worried i will just end up wasting my time and money through trail and error going from one real estate mortgage related school to the next you see i am trying to get experience to be a mortgage underwriter for mortgage pools and learn about the servicing of mortgage pools but the problem is the lack of training to those who have instructors who clearly have very little knowledge despite the critism i will recieve they lack the proper understanding of how documents are created and the function of the varies kinds of documents that are created
