I hope to one day follow your lead!

The Tipping Point is one of the most influential books I've read.I suppose I could list 30 books if I wanted.I've never read any Rich Dad books, mainly because I find the author to be dubious.

Once I had achieved my financial freedom I would continue to pursue my education by studying the subjects my interests lead me too.

It's also tougher lead paint laws, additional protected classes under fair housing laws, eviction procedure, etc., as compared to NH for example.

I would be happy to take the lead in organizing it - I don't know the first thing about what needs to be done - but I don't mind doing the legwork in finding out.

(and yes, I understand a lot of people dont want to put money down, but Im trying to get a deal or two under my belt so I have experience and authority to speak from).

I will definately keep you in mind and shoot you leads i get and you can analyze them.

You have listing leads when properties don't work out as wholesale deals.

This also leads to them fading away.

I met this realtor at an open house and told her what I do and what I'm looking for, she sent me a few not so good leads and then this contract she wanted me to sign.
