My question is, if I have my lawyer submit a written notice tomorrow (on the 10 day deadline) claiming that I as the purchase inspected the property within the 5 day requirement from the acceptance date, can I then use an official inspection report that was provided on the 10th day as my supporting evidence, even though the “official” inspection took place after the 5 day deadline?

And if they discriminated against you(you should have tried to ask them what they meant imo) then you need a lawyer because that is bull.

We have our accountants, lawyers, and title agents at our disposal.  

Are there any lawyers on this forum or can anyone give a referral to a lawyer familiar with contracts and wholesaling that might be able to give me advice about property in the DC area?

There are bad plumbers, car salesmen, lawyers, and waiters, but you don't hate them all because of how the bad ones act (except maybe lawyers...). ;)I would recommend finding a different PM. 

A contract is just a guideline for a lawyer to sue you.

As @Jeremy Tillotson suggests, your structure is only as good as the lawyers and accountants who can support it.  

This is when we was closing on the house before this, be was told not to pay that month by the lawyers because all had been figured out.

I'm a lawyer and I can tell you that no matter how many hours I've spent preparing for a hearing, I simply cannot anticipate every curve ball.
