Hi everyone, I wanted to throw out a question and get some ideas/feedback back from you guys.Trying to soak up as much information as possible before I make my first purchase If you had to start from the beginning,  and you had $50,000 cash to invest, and your ultimate goal was to quit your day job and do this for a living within the next 5-10 yrs, how would you invest? 

With an increase of about 7% over last year in Denver (https://www.cpr.org/news/newsbeat/colorado-springs...) and no contraction in sight, scheduled rent increases should continue to multiply that $2,600 of mailbox money forever more, or at least until your portfolio review. 

Building a network it was allowed me to find deals, borrow money, build my biz, and quit my job.

I imagine this was a full time job for them?

Because we are heavily invested in the area, the city is bringing in thousands of jobs, and the University of Arizona is continually expanding, we were confident that homes would appreciate substantially over the next few years.

It is a full time job for the next year or two.

Then we scheduled a time to do a walk though I figured it would be a good time to address something in the bid that did not jive with the scope of work.
