I do a lot personal talking to neighbors and others that may have information relative to the property.I've went as far as calling the sheriff's department/coroner's office to confirm death, visited the funeral home and even went to a grave site to personality verify owners' death.

As far as a formal letter goes, the only time we issue a formal letter of denial is if the denial was credit based.Also something else to keep in mind is if you have an income requirement (hopefully everyone does!)

Hi Leo, as far as the ground wire is concerned, just pull one of the non grounded receptacle plates off and loosen the receptacal enough to see behind it (Cut the breaker first unless you like to challenge the gods like me) and see if the wire going to the back of it has a bright copper bare wire.

The PMs should be able to give a warm and fuzzy estimate and the landlords owning the properties can likely give you the doom and gloom estimates- the truth is normally in the middle.As far as the thing you should know, I guess w/ a PM it shouldn't be too bad, but I find booking weekly rentals is almost a job and I wouldn't be a fan unless the return was great or as you mentioned you would like to own for yourself anyway.
