Hey @Andrew Boucher my dad's family is all in the greater Lowell area, I grew up in Dracut and had some cousins in Tyngsboro.FYI if you want to get into wholesaling and/or rehabbing you will have a MUCH easier time in your old stomping grounds then your new ones.For rentals you can find decent deals in Lowell itself but you can probably find more of those in the Worcester area as well as the Rt2 corridor.

I don't know a lot about entity structure yet - still in the learning phases, but would a lender finance a new LLC with no credit history for a single or multifamily home?

I did my boots on the ground homework (week two) and got smarter.  

I'm very interested in networking with other players in the area and getting my venture off the ground.

I've realized there isn't really any middle ground there...you're either cash flowing, or you're negative each month. 

I have considered using a wholesaler to at least get off the ground, but have yet to ask the BP community their thoughts.I wish you the best of luck and hope you get to a few before others do. :)Good luck,Joel P.
