Hey @Andrew Boucher my dad's family is all in the greater Lowell area, I grew up in Dracut and had some cousins in Tyngsboro.FYI if you want to get into wholesaling and/or rehabbing you will have a MUCH easier time in your old stomping grounds then your new ones.For rentals you can find decent deals in Lowell itself but you can probably find more of those in the Worcester area as well as the Rt2 corridor.
