For the non tech savvy person maybe pay a dev a few hundred bucks to get something up and running for you.For me I looked at doing this with Python, which it looks like is well documented on Google.

As a student, I do not have the means to invest myself however, I am searching for someone that has spent time in the industry and would be open to sharing the lessons they have learnt.

There about 100 million posts about “what should I do with X amount of money” so I’d recommend utilizing the search function to find those and read them.

It had a quit claim deed attached to it so we had a title search done.

I've been dragging my feet searching for places myself for about a year and a half, and am finally realizing that the next steps are to find a realtor and lender. 

You could always search a source like Angie's List, Porch, or Houzz.
