In OR, assuming you're asking about STANDARD title insurance, the title company you closed with (when you bought) should be able to get you a copy with coverages.Usual/customary, seller pays for this at close since it protects him from comebacks on title issues after closing.

I have never been asked for a copy of my title insurance policy in over 1000 transactions although a few times when an issue has come up, I have gone back to the original insurer and had them close the subsequent transaction as they were already on the hookThis is an example of the downside of these types of structures.

I’m also now being fined by the code enforcement office for the code violations— even though I have provided them with a copy of my contract, and the name of the contractor.
