I am a buy and hold investor, so don't want to get something which works well for next 5 years till people fly out of there (due to negative population growth) and then run into a situation where there is no one to rent to.

Looking very promising.Please confirm my thoughts so others here can get a quick understanding if they are interested too.1. the 816 is only for deadbolt and not possible for the regular knob.2. it is has 2 cylinders. the bottom one is the standard lock with smartkey ability for us to change on the fly.3. this is best part - the second cylinder is hidden and on top of the standard one. 

Besides taking the practice exams, any advice for trying to pass the general exam with flying colors?

I would just feel more comfortable being guided in my first investment.I know many people recommend not to do out of state, but comparing the rent multipliers in my area (south florida) with those in markets such as Indianapolis, it seems as if the difference can well pay for the property management and still leave a better return.I am actually flying up there Monday for the day to learn more about the area and meet a few people.

What do you want to own for 30 years (4) furnaces with A/C built in or (4) furnaces with window A/C.In some class C areas of Texas Window A/C is the way to go, in some areas of the Midwest it will fly the friendly sky's of Class C and Class B in the bedrooms.Do you have the Amperage  to handle 4 new furnace AC units at the drops and do you have space in the breaker box for any needed new breakers (talk to an electrician).The outdoor portion of the A/C will probably run on 240V, and will require certain special wiring done by an electrician.Furnace A/C is NICE!!!

It can also be used to add other materials, such as fly ash or slag, to the mix.
