Upon walking in the bathroom I could hear a slow continuous noise.....called a plumber out....and the plumber said there was a slow internal leak in the toilet.....they fixed it.....Water bills back to normal.On a side note, there is a book out there called the Section 8 Bible.

I have two properties and use QuickBooks, with a separate book for each one.

Hi all,I’ve been reading books and listening to the podcasts for a little while now.

I am still finalizing numbers, but wanted to guage initial interest.

There were no problems but I did my final walk through with the landlord and everything was great.  

Besides all the reading of books I could indulge myself with, I also attended local groups.
