I need to get the routers replaced (a bit difficult from my spot 2000 miles away) but when I do, I'm going to stick with the default settings, so I don't have to worry about those systems losing internet connection just because of a router reset.I've not experienced this issue yet.

I would love some advice from those more experienced than I am (aka everyone here!)

First step is always the hardest so securing a strong team of like-minded, hard working people is primary on my list (but I’m patient and conservative).  

Get a good team in place, have faith in yourself and everything will work out!

ARV's you'll need to team up with someone who has access to MLS in the market or try a service such as Propelio that will give you access to COMPS.

I know many people will tell you to 'build your team'.

Bigger Pockets is the best way to go when reaching out to experienced investors and getting deals done the right way.

If you had to choose one over the other, would you rather have an experienced Mentor or participate in a Mastermind, a group of like minded individuals pushing you to succeed while holding you accountable. 

You will also be taxed on any salary you draw from the corporation.This sounds to me like a real cart before the horse scenario, and I strongly suggest you get your legal and tax team on board before making any additional moves.
