I am not sure how this plan will change or how quickly I will need to add more to it, but this is what I've got for now.Please let me know what you think, I've spent a little while thinking of the best way to get where I want to be while managing what is essentially a full time job.

My suggestion: it may be too late on this deal, but take a binder with testimonies and keep track of all your stats and deals and make it to where the seller is essentially begging you to work with them.

I can't speak on the advantages of KC over the other markets you mentioned but I will say KC cash flows well for most investors (good management is essential).
