Purchase price: $49,000 Cash invested: $3,000 We purchased 5 acres with no deed restrictions or HOA and continue to build out rentals/lots on the property.

This arrangement has worked well for both of us.However, we now have several projects that will be running concurrently, and the builder is facing cash flow challenges with making the monthly interest payments.

Maximum cash flow is absolutely vital.

And if you cut the price $6k and give them the cash there is zero chance they’d spend $3,000 to change it.

What lenders will allow a cash out refinance on a property that’s being rented out that way?
