My dog has acted funny since we moved.

My building manager tried to do that with me but with my dog.

Over the next 6-7 months, we bought a house, moved-in, my wife started a new job, my daughter was in 3 schools for 1st grade, I traveled about 40% for training events during my first 6 months, we got a dog, and had a few extended family emergencies.

I think I just chose the wrong Sect.8 tenant: she beats the hell out of the unit, had an adult son living there who caused a bunch of problems around the building, had a dog when she wasn't supposed to, on and on. 

.* If bird-dogging, present it to another wholesaler (give them all details except the address and seller name and contact until you have a signed agreement with them).* If wholesaling, make your offer. 

Other activities could potentially include traditional camping, glamping, non-traditional camping (i.e. allowing campers to camp with dogs off-leash), allowing dog clubs to meet on the property for competitions for a fee, hunting, building a tiny house community, build a solar or wind farm, drive-in movie theater, paintball course, etc.Depending on the landscape, someone might be interested in leasing the land for raising livestock, doing a livestock show, performing environmental research for state/federal grants, etc.

Moreover, that couple had bought the house from a flipper, so it used to be nice, but they had run the house into the ground over 8 years (lots of dog damage, trashed baseboards, destroyed living room oak floor where the dog bowls were, ruined roof, unaddressed plumbing leaks, drywall damage, overgrown yard,...).

Mine has held up with an abusive former tenant and lots of dog traffic without a scratch.
