Hi everyone, I currently have a Property Manager for my unit in Wilmington Delaware but want to start exploring other options with the end goal of managing it myself.

I spoke to one company that estimates $65k all in for a solar powered well and pump.

I hear a lot on the internet that no matter how you set up your business structure for asset protection you want to have your main holding company that owns all of your other LLCs out of Wyoming, Delaware, or Nevada for anonymity purposes..

We've discussed various options like Series LLC, land trusts and even setting up LLC's out of state (Texas, Nevada, Delaware), but through his guidance we've decided that staying in Ohio would be best.

I am wondering if there is a company out there that will help you find energy credits (I.E. green energy credits, solar rebates etc.) for a fee?

Passive investor in a larger deal is the easiest way (Delaware Statuary Trust (DST) or Tenant in Common (TIC)).
