Bonus question: Is anyone familiar with the Fair Haven Heights area and have an idea of what rent would be around there on a 2 bed unit?

The 2nd and 3rd level bump outs would be two separate 1 bed/1 bath units.

I understand there are always different scenarios out there, and sometimes people get into a pickle (i.e. job loss, death of primary wage earner, etc) where they just simply can't make the payments. 

The assets of the revocable trust can also be subject to "elective share" claims upon death - which is a default percentage that a surviving spouse is entitled to receive from the deceased spouse's estate.Upon death, the trust become irrevocable and cannot be changed.  

Rent out the Garden Unit and 1st floor each has 3 beds and 1 bath.

More precisely, it's a 3 bed 2 bath SFH with a detached cottage in the back. 

It could cause severe illness or death if ingested.

It makes more sense to have it on a timer, warmer during the morning and nighttime before bed and lower during work hours and sleep time hours.
