first GC didnt have water main repaired in crawl space. this led to moisture problems that cost an extra 3k in costs that he was unwilling to address.

She's had several jobs over the years I've known her, but by far the worst of them was an upscale unassisted care in the area with a bunch of amenities, including a chef preparing the daily menu.Health care services in this place are a la carte -- the more you can do for yourself, the less you pay, but if you want a nursing assistant to help you with your shower, you pay, if you want someone to feed you during lunch you pay, and if you no longer fall within the specific requirements of what's called "unassisted care" you can no longer stay at the facility.On the surface of things, the place looks like a geriatrics resort: elaborate meals, planned activities, aerobics classes, hydrotherapy.
