I have a friend from out of the country that's looking to stay there for three months b in a furnished apartment or Airbnb or even rent a place and buy a bed, for  October 1st to end of December.

I also have the option of investing with my dad who is typically always out of the country, but has the capital to invest with me.

The beautiful thing about the economy in our country is that there are so many different ways that you can get the same job done building a house.

HOWEVER your country is a different animal entirely.

It didn't make sense they'd give up their valuable time traveling the country doing these seminars.

As a spec builder I am always interested in seeing what others are doing around the country.

In many parts of the country (I'm not familiar with yours specifically), to install/upgrade service, install a new panel and install/wire all new breakers, you're probably looking at a $1000-2000 if you're using an electrician who is accustomed to working with investors.
