I disagree with the notion that this country would be better off if more people concentrated more on making money and less on making themselves better people.

Should someone want to use the property to park their RV and camp for a few days or a few months, would this be a violation if I reported and contributed 100% of the rental income back to the SD IRA?

One of the really difficult things about rehabbing is not fully being able to determine which improvements, upgrades, etc most contributed to the sale prices/timeline.

2.If you were looking at a huge tax bill would it make sense to contribute max to your IRA,buy more properties with excess funds,and then instead of cutting a huge check to Uncle Sam give a good amount to charity??
