Lesson: if anyone of your boots on the ground team is a poor communicator, strongly consider cutting them (or at least benching them for that project).

@Liam Mullins the rule was made to prevent landlords/property owners from booting tenants for dramatic rent increases, which is exactly what you're talking about doing. 

Telling them how they are being or making it personal just leads to combative defensive actions by the tenant.

Thanks for the reply.You should feel fortunate.The condo of a friend suffered a lot of smoke damage as a result of a fire in the next unit and water damage since the fire dept went through his unit to combat the fire.He then really suffered when the "Recovery" company came in and cleared out his belongings keeping many for the company.
