Adding more color, it can help others also.

I wasn't as thrilled with the grass coloring as no one's grass is that green in Indiana in February.

And just in case you want to shop the paint yourself which I recommend if you want to save the money you are looking at about:10 gallons for walls, if all one color  (satin or eggshell) double rolled5 gallons for ceilings, closets (flat) spray2-3 gallon for trim, baseboard, shelving doors, etc. ( semi - gloss) but better off just getting the 5 gallon ...also sprayed. 

Now when I walk there are loose boards and some are stained different colors. 

Things like that will color your numbers for this allowance.Good Luck!

This can be beneficial, especially if the contractor has a track record of successful projects and reliable material choices.Consider these options based on your specific preferences, time constraints, and the level of control you want over the renovation process as a real estate investor, or if you have a "SOP" of exactly what to buy (Brand, Color, Quality, Shape, Size, Store, etc...) you can give that to the contractor.

Color me intrigued.

Also your colors could be a bit better to distinguish neighbors-hoods.
