Keep in mind if your Bank/Lender you closed with allows it to be vested into an LLC you can do it but it is "not" common in most cases.

If they have a PPP many will require at least 6 months of interest payments so if you payoff the loan on month 3, you will owe the remaining 3 months at closing.
