I first had it with Chase bank and then I moved it over to Wells Fargo.

Even the biggerpockets podcasts (which I love most of the time) have fallen victim to this.Everyone is chasing capital and throwing out their best sales pitch constantly, like it's a frenzy out there now. 

Yes it's just postcards (we sprinkle in some yellow letters that our kids help with) but the key is to get the mail out EVERY WEEK...Not sure where to get a foreclosure list since we don't mail to them - our best lists are vacant houses, absentee owners, and our follow-up list - I like chasing deals that no one else knows about...just a thought - good luck!
