Since this will be my first time buying out of state, does anyone have any advice or experience with this process?

Hello,I’m a new college who made a goal to buy my first rental property by the time i’m 25 (which would be in 2 years) and am starting my career as a commercial real estate broker in Grand Rapids, MI.

I have lived in the property for more than 3 years and we have been the only occupants in the home since it was built.The potential cashflow isn't the best but our primary goals were to build up the equity in the home to be able to potentially purchase other properties in the future with the chance that we may return to the house in the future.The property is in the Castle Hills area in the northern side of DFW which for those who don't know is generally a neighborhood with higher income tenants. 1. 

Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

I kept trying to response but my phone was giving me difficulties but anyways I was going to say that when you buy a turnkey property you were buying at market value somebody else has already done the flip.

However, I do typically recommend investors get licensed if buying and selling via the MLS.

I was wondering if I should use my salary to pay off the mortgage loan so I don't have to pay too much of the interest Or let the tenants pay my mortgages over the 30 years and use my salary to invest in other ventures such as ETFs, stocks or buy more houses.
