@Justin WilkeyJustin, I found a national company who is local to Cincinnati and (i believe) would be willing to do 60/40 with brand new machines if I can structure another investor and property into the deal.

Given that this sounds like a fairly large property, you'd benefit from establishing your mission, what you and your brand stand for, the value proposition you offer to your customers, and other important considerations.

Ask if you have to install curb, gutter, sidewalks, street signs, street lighting or any other special requirements.

Lockboxes, Flash Light, Hammer, Tape Measure, Clear Tape, Large Marker, Multi screw driver, shoe booties, boots, extra business cards, balloons, twine, sign riders (under contract, for lease, etc..) 

The building was in rough shape, and will undergo a full gut renovation that will include brand new framing, plumbing, electrical, and all finish work.

Again, this doesn't seem like a good start with my light wallet.I hope this has helped someone that has thought about tax lien sales in Cochise County Arizona.

Then look for good deals that need light cosmetic work either in town or in the surrounding areas.
