There is feces everywhere and urine to add the pleasant "new home" aroma.Anyone have experience getting SERIOUS PET SMELLS out of a house?

My experience with pets is that they tear things up and even if they don't tear things up, they leave a smell in the unit that is hard to remove.

Reading and calculators and podcasts and blogs are good, but until you walk into a 100k home and smell the mold and figure out how much a reno costs or how annoying tenants can be, you really won't know if you have the stomach for it.
