Hi everyone, I am just getting stared in REI and I’m completely puzzled about how to acquire a buyers list.

Has anyone had any luck taking a class to get access to the mls?

If you are going to leverage it and get any financing, traditional  lenders like to see 6 months PITI in the bank for each property.When I acquire a property I plan to finish in the first 6 months any costs to rehab or improve the property.

Just joined the site and am still figuring everything out.Recently became intrigued in acquiring property to rent out (I plan on reading some of the guides here to learn start knowledge).

Anyone know is there is link/video/tutorial/webinar etc that can walk me through the PRO benefit and how to access and use the benefits.

I'm currently renting but would like to acquire my first deal within a years time. 

@Nicholas ReyesFirst off - an FHA loan can only be acquired to purchase a personal residence. 

Anyway, I have VAs overseas who have access to Lexis Nexis, and TLO.

I received notice yesterday that effective 4/1/2018, wired interconnected smoke and CO alarms are not required on all levels (including accessible attic) in Baltimore County.

Now I want to access the equity to acquire more propertyas it sits my equity  is approx 150k.
