I'm looking at northern Virginia (NOVA) specifically Fairfax County and/or Alexandria and 3/2s are about $450k and rent for #2200 leaving a negative cashflow of -$400 to -$600.Any suggestions?

I am looking to use my VA loan to finance the property, but my lender is saying that my credit score needs to be higher in order for them to finance a multifamily......any advice?

I am a new investor in the Hampton Roads Va area.  

I'm in Fredericksburg, VA and there's a company in nearby Spotsylvania, VA that has the CL saturated with bird dog ads.  

I sent another letter citing VA 55-509.6 which states they are bound by the disclosure findings.and provided proof the home was the same color at inspection time.

So I've talked with a realtor and have been scourging the MLS in Richmond, VA for a property I can buy and rent out to 2-3 of my friends who are looking to rent.
