Would it be best to try marketing to them some how or do a little research and cold call?

There are no beds, or TV  I use the computer to research properties, check email and enter details in my excel that has property information  I may play some free cell from tome to time   

I have been doing my research on the area but I figured I'd ask if anyone has any recommendations or advice on what areas are the best for doing a house hack near Trenton.

I would definitely do your research on the property taxes in Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson Counties (these counties make up the Greenville-Spartanburg metro area). 

I don't personally do direct mail however have done some extensive research in regards to reviews and competitive rates.

I guess i will have to do further research, as i know i need to go into pockets that make sense with the numbers, but also wont cause me to look over my shoulder if i have to make frewuent visits for repairs.thank you both!

Consumer Reports is a tremendous resource here - truly unbiased research.

I had done some research for Philly but I couldn't find concrete information on job growth that would make me comfortable in purchasing.

I have done a lot of research into this and I know I could make it work if I was in the States but unfortunately I am not.
