When I started looking for books, I just went to Amazon, look at ones that we're highly reviewed with many reviews, and bought the used versions. but the value of forums is that you can ask questions and clarify things for yourself that no book or course can do. we even have a resident of Hades on this forum.

SF passed a very hard version of rent control on older units. 

We have been working in Charleston last 5 years and they have their version of this as well.. water on three sides..

If their Free stuff doesn't "wow" the paid version will not.

Why not add a variety of affordable finishes to your inventory and cycle the products so you're offering "on-trend" finishes for the same costs as your standardized versions?

Many times the inexpensive versions, even of the brand names, either a) don't come with the valve or b) don't come with a value with shutoffs, and therefore won't pass rough in.
