With that said, finding better cash flow is very appealing and some of the stories we are hearing makes me want to consider that.I do find @Michael Swan aka Swannys story on his BP podcast inspiring on how he did that - I did previously speak with Swanny over the phone and he is straightforward on his challenges and how he worked to get where he is - thank you for that Swanny!

Since then I’ve really enjoyed listening to the BP podcasts, reading the books listed in the BP Bookstore, and going through inspiring stories on the forum.I moved to Charleston earlier this year for an internal job transfer.
