With a winter storm blowing through Houston for this next week, what are all of you doing (if any) to winterize your current home/projects? 

The Casinos that were on floating barges, now, had the beach front land enough to buy and build again in Biloxi and Gulfport. 

I remember another organization stating that Houston was the best city in the country to live and another stating New Jersey was the best staate to live. 

I’ve been joining the fb groups that have off markets and finding the right locations to invest OOS, I’ve only been to florida(Orlando, Sarasota, and Pensacola) TX(Houston) and Georgia(Atlanta), definitely have seen better deals down in those cities than up here in Albany/NY.
