I thought I'd start this thread to let people share what took away from the conference.

Annual E&O is $200, there is a small monthly fee to tap into their ZipForms system (zero paper system), but that is all you pay to the broker, and they provide a conference room that you can use when you like, a marketing dept that will assist you as needed, and a nice "virtual office" web environment.There is another local agency that is $300/month flat fee, and you keep 100%.

After the speakers at the conference did their subject-to presentation, I attempted to meet with them outside and ask a couple of questions about some of the things they do.

I am trying to find an Eastern (preferably Northeastern) CT meet-up and/or REIA so that I might start making connections and discuss real estate in a more localized fashion.
