So I called him early, only told him $40 because he started the conversation with: You have to see the pantry, I added shelves to it & fixed a hole that was behind it...

All were quick with thorough itemized estimates. 

I feel like I have two action items.

Example: costs associated with buying uniform items.

Holding just the "whether to pay off/whether not to pay off the credit card" conversation in isolation, I think there's a real argument to be made for not paying it off.
