The type of agreement/contract the seller has with the agent obviously plays a role but the clause would be clearly spelled out in the agreement. 

I find some agents realize once they are good at branding themselves and generating their own leads they switch to more boutique firms with less fees to maximize their commissions. 6.If in the first year you don’t  go after building that pipeline, then the second year you’re going to have to work twice as hard to see results.Good luck and stay positive daily! 

It does not require us to provide a wireless connection, although we choose to provide equipment that features a Wi-Fi antenna.With all that said, playing "gotcha" on technicalities is not how we run our business.

like it says just estimating but I found mid term play not a flip from a foreclosure of an entire property management business, small business.

What role do you envision playing in the ongoing activities of the investment?

Hi folks, Brand new wholesaler here,  keeping it simple for my first transaction assignment might be my best option. 

If the R value comes into play you are probably not going to be able to add "livable" in the attic without filling in your rafters with insulation and then sheet rocking over it. 

The self dealing seems to be out of play because there really isnt a rule that says a close relationship cant buy something from you. 

There are some insulation brands/types that can make insulation more dense (i.e R30C) but in general you need to have a certain thickness in your framinign cavity for you to get the proper thickness.
