I know that plenty of resources on BP to gather information but I am looking to interact with investors who have use either method of funding. 

It was an excuse to get out and interact with the tenants and see if repairs were needed, and confront them about late rent. 

Considering Pellegrino's statements I was wondering how your interaction with the SBA resolved.

Using celebrity to scam people has to be the lowest of low in terms of basic human interaction.

While not foolproof, I actually screen the pets (no laughing)... we don't have a talk over the table... but I check if the pet was an issue at prior places and like to see them interact with the owner. 

Management of that corp can be done soley by three people and rotated so that no real interaction would be necessary amoung stockholders, by proxy and under the by-laws.

The info on BP is great, but nothing replaces human interaction and learning one-on-one. 

When I lived in NYC, I interacted with several people every day, and randomly bumped into many more.

Wonder what will happen to those of us with no or minimal interaction with auto and credit card borrowing.I was amazed mine wasn't low when we refinanced a rental in 2017.
