Your video mentions a maintenance team - is that in house maintenance staff?

I don't do this when its early in the process, but before submitting an offer, I always go and personally visit comparable properties and talk to the staff there.  

The other counties do not have the eviction volume and short Marshall staff that Fulton does to serve them.

What I don't see is where there are BP staff that have recommendations.

I went from being a complete newbie to an owner of three rental properties in a matter of months and I couldn't have done it without the help of the staff and members of Biggerpockets.com. 

He does it mainly to keep staff working in all cycles so they have a job and to learn when the owner wants to sell so he can buy it himself.

For NY State, if you’re showing a rental property, the owner is legally allowed to do apartment showings, and in certain cases their maintenance staff can too(you might need to check with a real estate lawyer on this point.)

I already went to the hospital to see if I could advertise in a staff area there.
