Buying property wholesale is a great way to start investing in real estate.

I currently work as an Acquisitions Manager for a wholesaler in New Orleans, Im looking to start buying some of the best deals we come across and use my free time to put together  2-5 projects a year.

Any wholesalers in Georgia ever dealt with this?

Would getting a short sale/wholesale/forclosure as my first investment be too complicated for my first time?
