hello, I live in Havertown and despite how many videos I've watched, am still not sure about how to figure out how much money to invest, how to calculate flipping (or repair cost s)  and am freaked out about starting - but AM VERY SERIOUS about wanting to do this !!

i recently looked at a park for sale, and I would recommend going to the park with the owner/agent and spending some time with them walking through the park, taking pictures/video, asking all your due diligence questions and speaking to tenants if they are outside and friendly.  

And that the easement has the deceased wife rather than the owner.It'll all be straightened out one way or another.....thanks again for bringing clarity to this...
