What is the market value of a bed room and a bathroom  for the purpose of Comparative market analysis. 

This is when you buy a primary residence (1 to 4 units, the more the better) which you can usually get for a very low down payment and get the best interest rates on and then rent out other units and/or bedrooms within your unit to pay for the mortgage and other expenses.

Purchase price: $375,000 Cash invested: $101,500 I own a mixed-use property with a total of five units, four 1BR residential apartments and one commercial space.

I have not had an issue until this week on Airbnb and I'm going to use the Wynd data as evidence since there was no physical evidence so we will see.
