I'm okay with leaving my comfort zone to break into the next level, so I had this crazy idea to build a tiny home or ADU in the back, but the numbers just didn't make sense - until I discovered the park model mobile home, basically a manufactured home that stays on it's wheels instead of getting placed onto a foundation.

I'm looking for a crack shot accountant who knows the ins and out of all these aspects, understands the "gray" area and how to live inside, and can advise me on the best ways to grow my empire.

Maybe if we talk about it enough, some people will start to come through the cracks!

Hi guys, I have a 22 x 30 backyard in the Bronx, and I would like to put a prefab home (tiny house or container house) to rent out.

Overall, however, the house is livable -- the exterior is well maintained, there are no major problems in the interior save some cracked drywall and a few water marks.

If you have cracks on the walls/ceiling/floors it's not a good sign.

Great if you don’t get caught, but some municipalities in my area are starting to crack down, and unpermitted work could cause the flipper to have to undo work already done to satisfy the building inspector.

They had been investing serious money into our neighboring property, one which just the year before had been a straight-up crack house.

I have to fix some issues found on the inspection (soft spot, sagging ceiling and large crack in 3 separate rooms) that the sellers would not fix.

I am wondering if there is an opportunity in the market for tiny home community developments.
