My other option that I have thought of, and that is to obtain a RE license and be an agent so that I may understand what i'm looking at and learn it that way.Thank you all for taking the time and reading my story and introduction!

Upon a walk through before closing, we discovered the occupants are still there.The purchase & sales agreement stated that "buyer shall obtain possession at closing - property shall be free of all tenants & occupants as well as personal property".The mother of the family owned the property; she lives in Michigan.

Rents will be about the same and still able to cover both loans and T+I.When my mom passes, as the sole child, I'd be left her condo.Here are my questions:1) Adding myself to her condo now, in order to use my income (she has none, but social security) and my 800 credit score, does that prove to be an issue.
