  - slow, bad, inaccurate communication  - nickle/dime expenses  - add overhead unnecessarily (eg mark up on bills)I would find a new PM if you are not happy with your current PM and do not believe you can resolve the issues in a timely fashion.

I have had mold in 2 of my properties and have found that sometimes it is just surface mold that can be removed and dry wall replaced, sometimes it requires more intervention.

Hand work, raking seams, etc. makes a less durable asphalt surface as well.Don’t listen to anyone if they tell you salt doesn’t damage concrete.

The floor guys are just going to come along and undercut all the door jambs anyway to put any sort of hard-surface flooring.There is an exception to this in my book.

I hope to buy and build a couple houses.The lot has two buildable locations, lot is 10 acres total, private, good area, etc... the catch is that limestone bed rock is at or near the surface about everywhere.What should I be aware of and consider prior to my purchase regarding the bed rock.
