I'm looking to be pointed in the direction of a good commercial broker particularly for national retail stores.

I am 28 years old,  work for my family who owns a small retail store.

I feel like it would be a good chain store to create.

You typically can buy a Rheem tune up kit with two heating elements and thermostats for under $40.The biggest pain is draining the old water heater and wrestling these things in and out of wherever it is stored.

Find someone to do the design and layout, even if it's a big store as you don't have to buy the materials from there.
