Just have tenant cut the plug off the roasting machine,peel back the insulation from the cord and strip both wires. then when he wants to use machine, he could stick the wires in the oven, or dryer receptacle.

There's an option to print and mail, and it just so happens that with the issues I had here, worrying about comcast turning on and off, plus other reasons, it was no big deal to print, and stick in mail box, and it worked fine.

If you go along the edge of the tape that is going to be next to the wet paint and press it down to the surface really well - use your finger, a chip of wood, a popsicle stick, etc - you will find that a lot less paint sneaks under the tape.
