My personal opinion is owning your home outright is an amazing feeling and impressive feat.

Any suggestions for a good real estate lawyer in Alabama would be appreciated.This person has a very large legal judgement against him.  

Someone recently suggested that I used a person (unknown to me but referred) to use their credit to help be refinance.

This was somewhat do to my OCD/type A personality but the facility was quite neglected when I took it over so it really needed some attention.

At least that way I can use some of the cash flow to save for a personal residence.Any advice/perspectives on how I should approach this?

With that amount of equity you'd likely qualify for a HELOC on your primary residence to access that equity to buy an investment property or to buy a new primary and rent out your current home - the latter is what I do personally and all of this is what I offer my clients professionally.

Hi Everyone,I purchased a tax lien on a property and found out today that the name on the tax assessor's website is the name of a person who bought a tax certificate in 2020.

Also some of my contractors did not want to bid due to parking challenges of mission beach.It came out fairly nice, but the cost was crazy and I personally did way more construction work than anticipated due to getting $crewed by 2 separate handymen.   

I personally am liquid in the realm of $100k with no assets.
