Based on my knowledge of real estate and irrevocable trusts (not a whole lot but enough) it doesn't sound like there was anything done illegally.

It offers immediate cash flow and diversification across different real estate classes and markets, freeing you from the headaches of active management.

Once the get all your info they can turn a PoF on deals for you real quick which is nice.

I am really into real estate and I want to start as soon as possible, however I am studying abroad, and I'm constantly travelling.

Does that just increase your hold time, so decreases real estate activity?

I was just thinking about how busy the real estate world can get, so I wanted to take a moment to check in.

A real estate developer rented out my family’s backyard and put up scaffolding to build a building complex in Queens, New York.The developer and my family signed a contract allowing them to use the backyard.

The real work does come in with driving around like you mentioned, maybe being creative and showing properties they may not have thought of, and articulating different ways to offer on a property, just to name a few items.
