The house does have a one car garage and the storage shed is totally for me and my selfish desires because I have so many tools that the yard tools are a pain to get to without tripping over a bunch of other stuff that I don't use as often.I have heard commonly that this type of thing won't get a higher price for a house but will help is sell faster.That being said, your comment got me thinking...If I did sell the house and wanted to move it quick - I could just drop the price.

So next best option right now is to lower the rent $50 and keep it out there.It's a dirt cheap two digit number to file small claims here and I live a few blocks from the courthouse, but I imagine it's still a huge pain.
